Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors AGSI and Garda Representative Association GRA working with EuroCOP have collectively submitted a complaint to the Council of Europe as Ireland remains in persistent non-compliance with the findings of the European Committee of Social Rights and with Res/CM/ChS(2014)/EuroCOP v. Ireland. This Resolution highlights the restrictions imposed on AGS with regards collective bargaining and social dialogue rights as well as the failure to implement adequate conflict resolution mechanisms.
