Roberto García González, EuroCOP President was honoured to be invited to attend the commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the Institut de Seguretat Pública de Catalunya – ISPC. A day of remembrance but, above all, to understand the present and build the future of the Institute. Roberto joins all of EuroCOP in sending the institute warm wishes and many congratulations.
