EuroCOP is delighted to once again be an Official Campaign Partner of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), supporting its new Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026–2028: Together for Mental Health at Work.

For police officers across Europe, the demands of the job can bring significant pressures – from exposure to traumatic incidents and violence to demanding workloads, fatigue and the challenges of balancing professional and personal life.

Mental health is not separate from workplace safety. It is an essential part of it.

Through this important European campaign, EuroCOP will continue to champion healthier, safer and more supportive working environments, where mental wellbeing is prioritised, stigma is challenged and officers can access the support they need.

Working alongside our member organisations and European partners, we remain committed to ensuring that the voices and experiences of police officers are heard.

Because those who dedicate their working lives to protecting others deserve protection and support themselves.

Together, we can make mental health at work a priority.
